Description

INDONAL Forte is intended for women:

• has positive effects during menopause
• stimulates hormonal balance in women
• when tissue changes in the cervix and breast cysts occur
• relieves breast pressure and pain during and outside menstruation

• Indole-3-carbinol flushes out excess oestrogens that cause • mood swings • stress • sleep disorders • increased sweet cravings • problematic skin.

The packaging contains 90 capsules.

INDONAL FORTE contains Indole-3-carbinol, a substance obtained by gentle extraction from cruciferous vegetables (cabbage, kale, cauliflower, broccoli) and Curcumin complex containing active curcuminoids of Curcuma longa, a plant native to India. Piperine (extracted from black pepper) increases the bioavailability of the main active substances I3C and the curcumin complex in the body.

I3C becomes a very popular natural substance in the prevention of diseases of hormone-dependent tissues (breast, uterus, and ovaries) *1 especially those related to oestrogen metabolism. *3

There are three major oestrogens – oestradiol, oestrone, and oestriol. Oestradiol is responsible for female sexual development, it stimulates growth and function of female reproductive tissues and secondary female sexual characteristics and it regulates skeletal homoeostasis. Independent US studies *2 show that I3C:

• flushes out harmful oestradiol that increases the risk of cancer
• stimulates the production of new healthy oestradiol
• reduces the risk of cancer

Curcumin shows chemopreventive effects in various types of tumour via modulation of biological processes. An important study based on twenty-five patients with several different premalignant or high-risk lesions suggested that oral curcumin may have chemopreventive effects on the progression of these lesions. *4

Indonal Forte Composition, 1 capsule:

One gelatine capsule contains 200 mg of indole-3-carbinol, 100 mg of curcumin complex (curcumin, bisdemetoxycurcumin, demetoxycurcumin), 2 mg of piperine (extract of black pepper).

Dosage:

• Preventive treatment: 1 capsule a day for 3 months.
• In case of a medical finding: 2 capsules a day for 3 months.
• Weight over 70 kg: 3 capsules a day for 3 months.
• Take with food and adequate amounts of water!

Contraindications

• Not suitable for children below 15 years of age, pregnant and nursing women.
• The use is contraindicated in hypersensitivity to any of the product components and in patients taking medication for gastric acid secretion decrease.

Warning:

It is necessary to consult a doctor in cases of reproductive organ diseases. It is not recommended to use the product in combination with antacids, H2 blockers, and proton pump inhibitors; it can be used in combination with medicines, antibiotics and can also be used during radiotherapy as well as in conjunction with contraception. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Nutritional supplements must not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Nutritional supplements must be kept out of the reach of small children. In case of the occurrence of undesirable effects, stop taking the product and consult a doctor. The product odour is characteristic of cruciferous vegetables and does not mean the quality of the product has deteriorated. Store at 10–25 °C in a dark place, no refrigerator required.
It is possible the smell is not very pleasant but it is characteristic of cruciferous vegetables that are laboratory processed.
