Indonal Man Composition, 1 capsule:

150 mg of indole-3-carbinol, 100 mg of saw palmetto (Serenoa repens extract).

Dosage:
  • Preventive treatment: 2 capsule a day for 3 months.
  • In case of a medical finding: 3 capsules a day for 3 months.
  • Take with food and adequate amounts of water!

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) or enlarged prostate is a non-cancerous condition with various symptoms affecting about 50% of men over 50 and up to 75% over 80. Common symptoms include the urge to urinate, intermittent urination, weak urine flow, a feeling of incomplete bladder emptying, and frequent and urgent urination during the day and nocturia. BPH results from the enlargement of the prostate due to the excessive multiplication of prostate cells, which then compresses the urethra, causing difficulties in urination that can lead to serious complications such as reduced kidney function and urinary tract infections.

Mechanism of Action of Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C):
  • Estrogen Conversion: I3C promotes the conversion of stronger estrogens (like estradiol) to weaker and less active forms (like 2-hydroxyestrone), reducing the risk of hormone-dependent diseases (BPH, prostate cancer, etc.).
  • Estrogen and Androgen Balance: I3C helps maintain hormonal balance between estrogens and androgens, which is crucial for prostate health and overall hormonal balance.
  • Reduction of DHT Levels: I3C inhibits 5-alpha-reductase, an enzyme that converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Lowering DHT levels helps prevent and treat BPH and prostate cancer.
  • Inhibition of Tumor Cell Growth: I3C inhibits the growth of cancer cells, promotes apoptosis (programmed cell death), and reduces the risk of cancer, including prostate cancer.
  • Gene Expression: I3C modulates gene expression (the process that allows cells to respond to various signals and change their behavior according to the organism’s needs) involved in cell cycle regulation and apoptosis, contributing to its antiproliferative effects (cell proliferation is the process by which cells divide and multiply, increasing their number).
  • Reduction of Inflammation: I3C has anti-inflammatory properties that reduce inflammatory processes in the prostate and other tissues.
  • Antioxidant: Acts as an antioxidant, protecting cells from damage caused by free radicals and oxidative stress.
  • Detoxification Enzymes: I3C induces phase I and II detoxification enzymes in the liver, which help in the breakdown and elimination of toxins and carcinogens from the body.
  • Metabolism of Xenobiotics: Improves the metabolism and elimination of potentially harmful chemicals, which can support overall health (elimination of cells is the process by which the body gets rid of damaged, dysfunctional, or excess cells).

Warning:

INDONAL® may have reduced efficacy when combined with drugs that reduce gastric acid secretion (antacids, H2 blockers, proton pump inhibitors). INDONAL® is ineffective in patients with a cytochrome P450 mutation. In such cases, indole-3-carbinol cannot influence the conversion of estrogen to 2α-hydroxyestrone. Consult your doctor if you have thyroid issues before using Indonal. Overdosing on INDONAL® (i.e., taking more than the recommended daily dose of 800 mg) has been associated with rare occurrences of balance disorders, tremors, nausea, and the urge to vomit. In some cases, it may cause intestinal gas or a bloated feeling, which typically subsides within a few days. It is important to maintain regular use, as irregular use and discontinuation can reduce the supplement’s effectiveness. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep supplements out of reach of small children. Consult your doctor before using during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you experience any adverse effects, discontinue use and consult your doctor. The product’s odor is characteristic of I3C and does not indicate reduced quality. Store at 10°–25°C in a dark place; refrigeration is not necessary. If adverse effects occur, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

6 reviews for Indonal Man

  1. David

I had long-term problems with warts even though I had negative results for HPV viruses. Indonal helps me maintain confidence in my health and full functionality even after vaccination 🙂

  2. Peter

    Excellent, effective, it helps

  3. Anton

Utmost satisfaction, erections like when I was 17 – firm and long-lasting, spontaneous both in the evening and in the morning upon waking up, at 48 years old. Very good, better than Viagra and especially without any side effects. I definitely recommend it. I bought a large pack and will order more to continue for at least 3 months as recommended

  4. M.H.

I’m a retiree dealing with prostate issues. Indonal has been a great help, and I’m highly satisfied with the results. Despite seven years of visits to urologists without much improvement, taking matters into my own hands and trying Indonal has been a game-changer for me.

  5. Pedro

I used to struggle with erectile dysfunction, which made me feel incredibly embarrassed in front of my partner, feeling like I couldn’t fully satisfy her. After researching online, I came across Indonal vitamins, which were recommended for this issue. I’m pleased to say they’ve made a significant difference, and I’m grateful to feel like myself again.

  6. Silvia

Last year, I ordered Indonal Woman because I had frequent breast pains, as well as abdominal discomfort, not to mention mood swings ‘thanks’ to hormones. My husband also struggled with it. Thanks to Indonal, everything improved. My husband also took Indonal Man and felt much better because of it. Thank you
