Indonal Forte Composition, 1 capsule:
One gelatine capsule contains 200 mg of indole-3-carbinol, 100 mg of curcumin complex (curcumin, bisdemetoxycurcumin, demetoxycurcumin), 2 mg of piperine (extract of black pepper).
Dosage:
- Preventive treatment: 1 capsule a day for 3 months.
- In case of a medical finding: 2-3 capsules a day for 3 months.
- Take with food and adequate amounts of water!
Mechanism of Action of Indonal Forte:
- Hormonal Balance Support: It flushes out harmful estradiol that increases the risk of cancer and promotes the production of new, healthy estradiol.
- Antioxidant Properties: It neutralizes free radicals and reduces oxidative stress in cells. This effect helps protect cells from DNA damage, which can lead to cancer.
- Detoxification: Supports body detoxification by promoting healthy liver function.
- Induction of Apoptosis: It helps eliminate abnormal and cancerous cells by triggering processes leading to their death, preventing further growth and spread.
- Antiproliferative Effects: It inhibits the division and growth of cancer cells.
- Modification of Signaling Pathways: It interferes with signaling pathways that promote the growth and survival of cancer cells, thereby limiting their ability to grow and metastasize.
- Immunomodulation: It enhances the activity of immune cells that recognize and destroy cancer cells.
Warning:
INDONAL® may have reduced efficacy when combined with drugs that reduce gastric acid secretion (antacids, H2 blockers, proton pump inhibitors). INDONAL® is ineffective in patients with a cytochrome P450 mutation. In such cases, product cannot influence the conversion of estrogen to 2α-hydroxyestrone. Consult your doctor if you have thyroid issues before using Indonal. Overdosing on INDONAL® (i.e., taking more than the recommended daily dose of 800 mg) has been associated with rare occurrences of balance disorders, tremors, nausea, and the urge to vomit. In some cases, it may cause intestinal gas or a bloated feeling, which typically subsides within a few days. It is important to maintain regular use, as irregular use and discontinuation can reduce the supplement’s effectiveness. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep supplements out of reach of small children. Consult your doctor before using during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you experience any adverse effects, discontinue use and consult your doctor. The product’s odor is characteristic of its ingredients and does not indicate reduced quality. Store at 10°–25°C in a dark place; refrigeration is not necessary. If adverse effects occur, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

Hello. First of all, I want to say a huge THANK YOU! I discovered Indonal by chance, while browsing the internet looking for a solution to my problem with a 6 cm uterine cyst. I came across Indonal Forte thanks to very good reviews. My problem has been bothering me for years, as I have larger breasts and fluctuating hormones. I had a problem with premature menopause and cysts. I’m on my second pack of Indonal Forte, and it has helped me incredibly. Everything is currently fine. I’m extremely satisfied and I recommend Indonal to anyone with gynecological problems. It’s just a shame that doctors don’t know much about this product, don’t recommend it, and don’t advise… (at least in my case).
