Indonal Woman Composition, 1 capsule:
150 mg of indole-3-carbinol, corn starch, gelatine (capsule shell).
Dosage:
- Preventive treatment: 2 capsule a day for 3 months.
- In case of a medical finding: 3 capsules a day for 3 months.
- Take with food and adequate amounts of water!
Mechanism of action of I3C:
- Hormonal balance support: I3C flushes out harmful estradiol that increases the risk of cancer and promotes the production of new healthy estradiol.
- Antioxidant properties: I3C neutralizes free radicals and reduces oxidative stress in cells, helping protect them from DNA damage that can lead to cancer.
- Detoxification: It supports the body’s detoxification processes by promoting healthy liver function.
- Induction of apoptosis: I3C helps eliminate abnormal and cancerous cells by triggering processes that lead to their death, preventing their growth and spread.
- Antiproliferative effects: I3C inhibits the division and growth of cancerous cells.
- Modification of signaling pathways: I3C interferes with signaling pathways that promote the growth and survival of cancer cells, limiting their ability to grow and metastasize.
- Immunomodulation: I3C enhances the activity of immune cells that recognize and destroy cancer cells.
Warning:
INDONAL® may have reduced efficacy when combined with drugs that reduce gastric acid secretion (antacids, H2 blockers, proton pump inhibitors). INDONAL® is ineffective in patients with a cytochrome P450 mutation. In such cases, indole-3-carbinol cannot influence the conversion of estrogen to 2α-hydroxyestrone. Consult your doctor if you have thyroid issues before using Indonal. Overdosing on INDONAL® (i.e., taking more than the recommended daily dose of 800 mg) has been associated with rare occurrences of balance disorders, tremors, nausea, and the urge to vomit. In some cases, it may cause intestinal gas or a bloated feeling, which typically subsides within a few days. It is important to maintain regular use, as irregular use and discontinuation can reduce the supplement’s effectiveness. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep supplements out of reach of small children. Consult your doctor before using during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you experience any adverse effects, discontinue use and consult your doctor. The product’s odor is characteristic of I3C and does not indicate reduced quality. Store at 10°–25°C in a dark place; refrigeration is not necessary. If adverse effects occur, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

Michaela –
Thanks to Indonal, I got rid of hormonal acne. I regularly take a 3-month course, and I can only recommend it.
Andrea –
I started taking Indonal Woman because relatively large fibroids were found in my uterus. Surgery was recommended to me, and I was very scared of it. The pharmacist advised me to try Indonal. I’m 48 years old. The fibroids didn’t disappear, but they don’t pose any health risks. I’m satisfied and will continue taking Indonal.
Monika –
I’ve been taking Indonal Women for a little over a month now. In May, my gynecologist found a polyp on my uterus. I started drinking herbal teas (horsetail, lady’s mantle) and discovered Indonal. I didn’t read about polyps in the reviews, but I decided to try it. Before, my period would start after 4-5 days, just light spotting or nothing at all until my period actually started. Now, thanks to Indonal, it has improved significantly. I’m 45 years old and not yet in menopause. I’m curious to see what my gynecologist will say when I go for my check-up and cytology next May. I really hope the polyp disappears.
Eva –
My doctor recommended Indonal Woman to me because I have changes on the cervix. After three months of use, my condition improved, so it has delayed surgery for now. I recommend Indonal.
Katka –
He helped me with menstrual pain
Monika –
Indonal Woman was recommended by the gynecologist for my 12-year-old daughter, who has been having issues with her menstrual cycle, heavy bleeding, and spotting between cycles. She has been taking Indonal for a long time, and it helps her.
Henrieta –
I’ve been using it for several years now and I can only praise it. My immunity has improved, my fibroids are under control, and the acne I’ve been battling all my life (especially during my period) has disappeared.
Eva –
I take it twice a year, which so far has delayed my cervical conization. Highly recommended.
Lea –
I have had good experiences with INDONAL. I had women’s issues that disappeared after six months.
Martina –
I used it years ago after surgery, and now I’ve returned to it again because of PMS, and I must say that the undesirable symptoms have improved significantly. I can only recommend it.
