The difference between Indonal Forte and Indonal Woman lies in their composition, price, and packaging.
Indonal Forte contains 200 mg of Indole-3-Carbinol, 100 mg of curcumin complex (curcumin, bisdemethoxycurcumin, demethoxycurcumin), and 2 mg of piperine (black pepper extract). Curcumin exhibits chemopreventive effects (the ability of certain substances to prevent, delay, or reduce the risk of cancer). Piperine enhances the effectiveness and absorption of the active ingredients.
Indonal Woman contains 150 mg of Indole-3-Carbinol and corn starch. Indonal Woman has a lower content of the main active ingredient, Indole-3-Carbinol. Its advantage is in the price (Indonal Woman is more affordable than Indonal Forte and is available in packaging that contains 120 capsules, whereas Indonal Forte is available in packaging that contains 90 capsules). Indonal Woman is also recommended for those who are allergic to curcumin.
Summary
Indonal Forte and Indonal Woman have the same main active ingredient, Indole-3-Carbinol, and therefore similar therapeutic effects. However, Indonal Forte has a higher content of this main active ingredient, specifically 50 mg more per capsule, and also contains a curcumin complex, which is an excellent addition to the main active ingredient due to its aforementioned effects. Therefore, if you do not have an allergy to curcumin, we recommend choosing Indonal Forte. If you are taking Indonal preventively or have an allergy to curcumin, we recommend Indonal Woman.
