Indonal Forte contains:
- Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C), a compound extracted gently from cruciferous plants (cabbage, kale, cauliflower, broccoli).
- Curcumin, which exhibits chemopreventive properties (Chemopreventive effect refers to the ability to prevent, slow down, or suppress the development of cancer).
- Piperine (black pepper extract), which enhances the absorption of active ingredients.

Indonal Forte Composition, 1 capsule:
One gelatine capsule contains 200 mg of indole-3-carbinol, 100 mg of curcumin complex (curcumin, bisdemetoxycurcumin, demetoxycurcumin), 2 mg of piperine (extract of black pepper).
Dosage:
- Preventive treatment: 2 capsule a day for 3 months.
- In case of a medical finding: 3 capsules a day for 3 months.
- Take with food and adequate amounts of water!
Mechanism of Action of I3C:
- Hormonal Balance Support: I3C flushes out harmful estradiol that increases the risk of cancer and promotes the production of new, healthy estradiol.
- Antioxidant Properties: I3C neutralizes free radicals and reduces oxidative stress in cells. This effect helps protect cells from DNA damage, which can lead to cancer.
- Detoxification: Supports body detoxification by promoting healthy liver function.
- Induction of Apoptosis: I3C helps eliminate abnormal and cancerous cells by triggering processes leading to their death, preventing further growth and spread.
- Antiproliferative Effects: I3C inhibits the division and growth of cancer cells.
- Modification of Signaling Pathways: I3C interferes with signaling pathways that promote the growth and survival of cancer cells, thereby limiting their ability to grow and metastasize.
- Immunomodulation: I3C enhances the activity of immune cells that recognize and destroy cancer cells.
I3C is becoming a very popular natural compound for the prevention of diseases in hormone-dependent tissues (breast, uterus, and ovaries), especially those related to estrogen metabolism. According to the experiences of the head of the mammology department, Assoc. Prof. MUDr. Vladimír Bella, PhD. from the St. Elizabeth Cancer Institute in Bratislava, I3C is a supportive treatment for breast and reproductive organ cancers.
Warning:
INDONAL® may have reduced efficacy when combined with drugs that reduce gastric acid secretion (antacids, H2 blockers, proton pump inhibitors). INDONAL® is ineffective in patients with a cytochrome P450 mutation. In such cases, indole-3-carbinol cannot influence the conversion of estrogen to 2α-hydroxyestrone. Consult your doctor if you have thyroid issues before using Indonal. Overdosing on INDONAL® (i.e., taking more than the recommended daily dose of 800 mg) has been associated with rare occurrences of balance disorders, tremors, nausea, and the urge to vomit. In some cases, it may cause intestinal gas or a bloated feeling, which typically subsides within a few days. It is important to maintain regular use, as irregular use and discontinuation can reduce the supplement’s effectiveness. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep supplements out of reach of small children. Consult your doctor before using during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you experience any adverse effects, discontinue use and consult your doctor. The product’s odor is characteristic of I3C and does not indicate reduced quality. Store at 10°–25°C in a dark place; refrigeration is not necessary. If adverse effects occur, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

Good day. I also want to share my story with you about Indonal. About 5 years ago, I was taking Indonal due to hormonal imbalance, severe abdominal pain, and ovarian cramps. Thanks to Indonal, all these difficulties disappeared. However, last year I unexpectedly experienced very strong and unbearable abdominal pain. I didn’t know what was happening, so I went to the emergency room, where I was operated on the next day. It turned out I had a ruptured cyst that was constantly bleeding into my abdomen. Everything seemed fine, but two months later, during ovulation, the same thing happened again. It was incomprehensible, but it happened nonetheless.
