INDONAL PARTNER contains Indole-3-carbinol obtained by gentle extraction from cruciferous vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, kale, cauliflower). It can contribute to a positive response of the body to diseases caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) in both genders.

Resveratrol is a flavonoid with a high content of fatty acids and phytosterol. It is a strong antioxidant and flavonoid that is extracted from grape seeds. It possesses protective effects against viruses, bacteria, and fungi.

Furthermore, it possesses anti-inflammatory and cardioprotective properties. Its effects impact several levels of cellular metabolism of some systems in the human body. Due to its cardioprotective and anticancer properties, resveratrol has been a subject of many studies. Resveratrol has been reported to inhibit cyclooxygenase, a substance that increases the production of prostaglandins which promotes tumour growth.*2

I3C becomes a very popular natural substance in the prevention of diseases of hormone-dependent tissues (breast, uterus, and ovaries) *1 especially those related to oestrogen metabolism. *3

There are three major oestrogens – oestradiol, oestrone, and oestriol. Oestradiol is responsible for female sexual development, it stimulates growth and function of female reproductive tissues and secondary female sexual characteristics and it regulates skeletal mineral content. Independent US studies *4 show that I3C:

• flushes out harmful oestradiol that increases the risk of cancer
• stimulates the production of new healthy oestradiol
• reduces the risk of cancer

In their double-blind placebo-controlled study, Bell et al. randomised 30 patients with a punch-biopsy proven CIN II/III. The patients were randomised to three groups to receive placebo or 200, or 400 mg/day of I3C administered for 12 weeks. *5 Three patients did not complete the study. None (0 of 10) of the patients in the placebo group had complete regression of CIN. In contrast, 4 of 8 patients in the 200 mg/day group and 4 of 9 patients in the 400 mg/day of I3C group had complete regression of CIN detected from a punch biopsy based on their 12-week I3C use. The current recommended daily I3C dosage is 200–400 mg/day for at least 4 weeks to achieve beneficial effects in treating cervical lesions and seeking HPV clearance. *5 The risk of transmitting the HPV virus between sexual partners is approximately 60%, and it is recommended both partners undergo retreatment.

Indonal Partner Composition, 1 capsule:

150 mg of indole-3-carbinol, Resveratrol (20%), 20 mg of corn starch, capsule shell: gelatine.

Dosage:

Preventive treatment: 1 capsule a day for 3 months.
In case of a medical finding: 2 capsules a day for 3 months.
Weight over 70 kg: 3 capsules a day for 3 months.
Take with food and adequate amounts of water!

Contraindications

• Not suitable for children below 15 years of age, pregnant and nursing women.
• The use is contraindicated in hypersensitivity to any of the product components and in patients taking medication for gastric acid secretion decrease.

Warning:

It is necessary to consult a doctor in cases of reproductive organ diseases. It is not recommended to use the product in combination with antacids, H2 blockers, and proton pump inhibitors; it can be used in combination with medicines, antibiotics and can also be used during radiotherapy as well as in conjunction with contraception. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Nutritional supplements must not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Nutritional supplements must be kept out of the reach of small children. In case of the occurrence of undesirable effects, stop taking the product and consult a doctor. The product odour is characteristic of cruciferous vegetables and does not mean the quality of the product has deteriorated. Store at 10–25 °C in a dark place, no refrigerator required.
It is possible the smell is not very pleasant but it is characteristic of cruciferous vegetables that are laboratory processed.
