Indonal Forte and Indonal Woman contain the same main active ingredient, Indole-3-Carbinol, and thus have similar therapeutic effects. However, Indonal Forte has a higher content of this main active ingredient, specifically 50 mg more per capsule, and also includes curcumin, which has chemopreventive effects (the ability of certain substances to prevent, delay, or reduce the risk of cancer), and piperine, which enhances the effectiveness and absorption of the active ingredients. Therefore, if you do not have an allergy to curcumin, we recommend choosing Indonal Forte. If you are taking Indonal preventively or have an allergy to curcumin, we recommend Indonal Woman.
